Systems
Project Managment
You projects are organized and shared with you on BuildBook, a construction specific app where you get details on schedule, budget, updates, and selections.
Project Accounting
You project gets its own dedicated bank account, where only transactions specific to your project occur. No commingling of funds among different projects, and our fee comes at at designated times outlined in our contract. All transactions are reported in our accounting software, and invoices are saved by date and vendor in PDF format for your review.
QC
Our quality control measures throughout the process are taken very seriously. Our foundations are inspected by a third part engineer prior to each pour. We inspect our framing for hours on end, looking at each detail to make sure it is up to our standards. Finishes are inspected, and blue taped as if it were our own personal home alleviating the homeowners work load at final walkthrough.
